Fabienne Rachmadiev (1985) is a writer and art historian. She has published short stories, essays and other prose in literary magazines such as De Gids, De Revisor and Tirade. She writes about art for De Groene Amsterdammer and Metropolis M. In her dissertation she explores the intertwining of ecology and (anti)colonial history in contemporary art from Central Asia. She grew up between Nijmegen, Moscow, and Almaty.
