We are delighted to present an exceptionally rare collector’s item: an exclusive, highly limited edition of William Kentridge’s A Natural History of the Studio.

Each copy is accompanied by a unique original drawing, signed by the artist himself: the image of a tree, directly painted in ink onto a page of an old encyclopaedia.

The limited edition will be printed in a worldwide printrun of 30 numbered copies, handcrafted to the highest standards:

• Finely bound in linen, with foil on spine and cover

• Hand-sewn, rounded and backed, with decorative endpapers and headbands

• Including an original signed artwork by William Kentridge (ink on encyclopaedia paper, approx. 12 × 18 cm – the same format as this brochure)

• Presented in a specially designed clamshell box, containing both the book and the signed artwork
